An Academic Perspective on the Regulation of Green and White Certificates

On 4 February 2010, I will present to the College of Law of the University of Oslo my PhD-thesis project. The title is, as of today, the following:

"Promoting sustainable energy by market-based instruments: design and trading rules for renewabe energy and energy efficiency certificates."
