"The history of climate change negotiations in 83 seconds"

On Monday 26 November 2012 opened the 18th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention on Climate Change  (UNFCCC) and the 8th session of the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol in Doha, Qatar. The conference will last from 26 November to 7 December, the High Level Segment starting on 4 December.
