Comment on Advocate General's Conclusions in Åland Vindkraft case pending before the EU Court of Justice (Quotation)

The Norwegian magazine Teknisk Ukeblad asked for my opinion on the conclusions delivered by Advocate General Bot in Case Ålands Vindkraft AC vs. Energimyndighten (Case C-573/12), which relates to access to national support schemes in favour of renewable energy generation.
