EU ETS post-2012: Regulation establishing Union Registry for Next Trading Period Published in the OJEU

Today has been published in the Official Journal of the EU Commission Regulation (EU) No 1193/2011 of 18 November 2011 establishing a Union Registry for the trading period commencing on 1 January 2013, and subsequent trading periods (OJ L 315 of 29.11.2011, p.1).
